Hello. I am CA Kiran Vasant and I hail from India. I am a 61 year old Chartered Accountant in practice. My main passions are teaching and travelling. People also interest me. I am also a Distinguished Toastmaster at Toastmasters International as a member of The Proact Toastmasters Club, Mangalore in Toastmaster District 121. This blog is going to be all about STORIES THAT STAYED WITH ME – People, roads and reflections.
- JOFO Series – The joy of finding oneself – In most of those moments, when I found my self alone – I discovered so much more about myself. This help me progress towards solitude and joy. It allowed me to reflect and build myself as a more stronger, compassionate and a patient individual.
- PEOPLE – My favourite subject is people. I am not in the process of judging anybody here. Interaction with people – what effect they made on me will be a part of this series.
- EXPEDITIONS – Most of these would be about my solo rides. They could however include travel tales.
- CLASSROOM STORIES – It is my good fortune that I find myself often in classroom. Here is the place I have learnt so much more as a teacher than being a student myself.
